Step 1. Beat the sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until it’s creamy and smooth.
Step 2. Add the vanilla extract and flour to the mixture and knead the dough smoothly. You may even use dough mixer to knead it easier.
Step 3. After using the rolling pin in rolling out your dough to a thick flat shape, use the cookie cutter to make your cookie pieces.
Step 4. Get a decent sized tray and spread butter paper on it. Grease it using oil or butter and put the cookies by keeping a 1 to 2 inches distance in between.
Step 5. Put the tray in preheated oven (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes until it has a light gold color on top.
