To make a gluten free snickerdoodle, you will need the following
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 2 ¾ cups all purpose gluten free flour w/ sorghum or millet
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt and;
- 1 ½ cups sugar
Making something Good out of Your Ingredients
Beat your egg white and egg very well. Combine your dry ingredients and then, ad it to the creamed mixture. Make sure to mix it well. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar for toppings. Mold the dough in small round balls by simply rolling tablespoon of dough between your hands. Roll the ball in the topping mixture and put it on greased cookie sheet. Bake them in the oven that’s preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 to 10 minutes and you are done!
